1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Langoedge or SnapScript, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Langoedge. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
2. Service Description
Langoedge provides a platform for building and managing AI-powered staff and automated workflows. SnapScript provides AI-driven transcription and meeting note automation. We continuously improve our services and may update features or functionality at any time without prior notice.
3. User Obligations
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain account security and confidentiality
- Comply with all local and international laws
- Obtain necessary consent for all voice/data recordings
- No unauthorized scraping or reverse engineering
4. Intellectual Property
The "Langoedge" and "SnapScript" names, logos, and all underlying software and technology are the exclusive property of Langoedge. You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload or record, granting us a limited, worldwide license to process such data for the sole purpose of providing the services.
5. Fees & Payments
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All fees are processed through our secure partner, Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Except as required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
6. AI Disclaimer
Important Accuracy Notice
While our AI staff is designed for high accuracy and includes error-correction mechanisms, AI systems may occasionally produce incorrect results ("hallucinations"). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the output of the services before taking action based on such output.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANGOEDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
